It’s been their thing playing on the playground and making friends with the wonderful team at the Tulsa Hills location Well, today they blew us away. Our soon to be four year old has been counting down to his Ninja Turtle birthday and telling everyone at Chick Fil A all about it. And this morning, when my husband and boys walked in, the team surprised him with a birthday present and a gift card 🥹 My son was shocked and over the moon excited! In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, the Tulsa Hills team reminded us how powerful a small act of thoughtfulness can be. “Went to KFC and ordered a family meal, they didn’t have enough strips and refused to cook more, we settled on that and then told them we wanted Mac n cheese for the side (mind u that’s the main reason we went) and they were out AND REFUSED TO MAKE MORE, our family meal was $48 plus tax…… We left and called Charlie’s chicken. They were awesome, we had all fresh food, chicken Mac n cheese, etc and our order was $44.** for the same amount of food and service was amazing! Thank u guys for being willing to make us fresh food! You’ve won us over every time just for that!“

“One of THE best shops I think I have ever been too! I’m telling you, they strive to see you order your food and have it within no time! But I will also have to say, if you dine in, they also strive to make sure you are taken care of, and succeed to make you feel at home. The crew is so quick and efficient, and the most friendly I’ve seen a minute. I don’t live locally but I work locally. There is a closer one by my work, but I’d choose this location any day, every time! I do have to point out a couple different people that I look forward to seeing every time I come! Of course I love the care and generosity everyone has shown to me, but Miriam, Olivia, and Javier are the ones that have been so friendly and considerate anytime I talk to them. I’m a very indecisive person, so when I’m in line trying to decide what I want, they’re there giving recommendations, and seeing how they can help me the best way they can! Take my word for it, this location is one of the newest ones but by far takes the cake for best location I’ve ever been too!“

“This location continues to offer some of the best customer service in Tulsa (even for a Chik-Fil-A!). Visited the drive thru on 12/10/25. Staff went out of their way to appreciate and welcome us as customers. This is something you rarely see. These guys are doing it right - and then some!“

“I have nothing bad to say about this place.The food is very good and it’s the best fast food I’ve ever eaten.To start things off it’s a very friendly environment for families and it’s something that’s just hits different.I fast food item I would recommend would be the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe because the combination bring many tastes that are just very good.I would also recommend chick fila sauce because it’s really the best sauce in a fast food joint that I ever used.This place is so good that if you were to ask anyone if they like Chick-fil-A they would say they love this joint.Food:5 Service:5 Atmosphere:5

Kid-friendliness: They are so nice to the kids that they have a deal.if you trade a kids meal book to the worker you get a free ice cream for your kid.Also they are very sanitary at this place unlike many places.also,they have a very clean environmental friendly play place inside the restaurant.“

“Just letting you guys know that the Manager at this store is retiring and I'm telling you that he's going to be missed this was my first time that my wife and I had previously ate at a Churches chicken but the name changed and the quality of food changed I truly enjoyed the food and the service was exceptional. But the whole time we were there anything we needed there was not a problem. If you want great chicken and service this is the place. To the Manager that was there at the store when we were there thank you for the service you gave us and the hospitality that you showed us we both are so very fortunate to have met you and congratulations on your retirement.
