My husband and I were driving around and looking for a place to eat by our old apartment and found this treasure and the walls have memories of Grammas house Western Omelette

City Diner serves awesome food with generous portions and great flavor. The diner has a nice selection of meals, including a Western Omelette and chicken fried steak, which dominates the menu. Breakfast specials are available for $7.99. The diner is open 7 days a week and offers plenty of choices on the menu. Service can be subpar at times, but the staff is often friendly, including the owner. The diner is a classic, old-school place, serving traditional American fare like Hot Beef Sandwich, beans and cornbread, and chicken fried steak with instant potatoes and gravy. Prices are reasonable, with a chicken fried steak costing $8.99, which comes with two sides and a dinner roll. The diner's unsweet tea is also superb. Overall, City Diner is a great place to get a square meal, and it is definitely worth visiting for its good food and friendly service.
