Craving Crab Reviews

Your service is horrible every time I go there the server never comes back to the table to see if we need anything. I have to flag down your server every time I come here. I spoke to Sophia one of the managers (as yall say) and she did give us a 10% discount but did not seem sincere about the horrible service we got. This is literally every time I come here. Craving Crab offers a variety of options, including combos and seafood boils. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and affordable prices, making it a popular choice in the area. Many customers highly praise the seafood boil, with their sauce being considered the best among local seafood places. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and generously portioned, which keeps customers coming back. Although the service can sometimes be inconsistent, recent reviews highlight the exceptional service provided by Sofia, who is noted for her friendly and attentive demeanor. Some customers have experienced long waits for drinks or found dishes like crab legs with garlic butter or catfish with tartar sauce to be less flavorful. Despite these issues, many find the overall food quality impressive, especially for first-time visitors. The restaurant remains a favorite for seafood lovers, especially those craving seafood boils and Cajun fries. When visiting, it is recommended to ask for Sofia to ensure a great dining experience.
