This is the best Mediterranean in Tulsa. If you want a garlic punch that slaps you silly and makes you contemplate the wonders of the universe, try the tawook. The tabouli is a fresh hug, and the hummus smooth. The shawarma is savory and perfect. This is our family's go-to Mediterranean. You won't be disappointed.
This place is amazing! I ordered the tawook chicken platter. It is so much food. Everything had great flavor. My favorite was the tabouli. The two men working were super nice and you could tell they cared about what they do. I do not live in Tulsa, but I hope to return in the future!
Stepped in with a friend for lunch she got the gyros platter and I got the tawook platter and can say not only was the food excellent, freshly prepared and delicious but the owner is a really great guy. He’s been around Tulsa for years and overall pleasant conversation. Will definitely be back, thank you Mo!

Parsia is back open after Moe had surgery and he'd like to see his old customers back. He's open at 11am until 3 pm currently. Food is always amazing and he is doing Kabobs now as well. It is still some of the best Mediterranean food in town.
