“Big shout out to the team this morning. Some people may have experienced a little bit of a wait, but I watched 3 people handle about 50 orders and a very short amount of time. Superman would have struggled to handle the rush they experienced, but they handled everything thrown at them with professionalism and courtesy.“
“I’ve been really impressed with the turnaround at this Dunkin. The coffee has been consistently fresh, the donuts taste fresher than they used to, and the overall customer service has improved dramatically. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and seems to genuinely care about getting orders right.
The change in management and the new team have made a noticeable difference. The store feels more organized, the service is much faster, and the positive attitude from the employees makes every visit enjoyable.
