“Coffee!!! I'm a dunkin iced girl through and through. I drove across town to this location bc the one on 71st doesn't have bacon. That's weird to me. Anyway this is my preferred location anyway. The staff here is super friendly and always takes care of me.Vegetarian options: You can get any sandwich without meat. If you are vegan they have alternative milk options but not sure much of the food would count as I'm sure it all has some degree of milk in it.Parking: Only a dozen or so spots, but honestly I've never seen it full.Kid-friendliness: They have donuts.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.“

“I usually stop by around 5:45 to get a coffee mobile order before work. This is about 15 minutes before close and while I hate to be that person, they never fail to give me the best service with the hottest coffee (or coldest if it’s a hot day) no complaints at all, friendly service. I asked about a certain donut the other day and they were extremely knowledgeable about making sure I knew what it was, so I purchased the right product. Love this dunkin!“

“I would like to direct this review to the manager Tamara Mannon, on behalf of your employee Ryenne.Ryenne was EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATELY singled out by a male customer who posted a negative review about her "failure to acknowledge his 3-year-old" along with a photograph of his receipt. As if to provide physical evidence of the crime she committed. For reasons mostly pertaining to my adherence of Google's policy on profanity, I will curtail my own personal opinions and simply say that Dunkin's employees have a responsibility to serve delicious food quickly and efficiently TO THE CUSTOMER. Per this male's own review, that was accomplished. Yet it did not prevent him from proceeding with a vicious, personal attack on your competent and efficient employee.Making goo-goo-ga-ga faces, or otherwise entertaining, acknowledging, or having to amuse the customer's reproductive efforts, is perhaps appreciated but is never an obligation in the customer service industry.Shame on this male for thinking his entitlement matters more than a woman facing possible repercussions at work or worse as the result of this unnecessary negative review. Please let Ryenne know that she is doing a great job. And please also consider asking the franchisee of your location to ban this embodiment of toxic masculinity from their location to set an example that this type of behavior will not be tolerated, and to ensure no other employee has to endure this.Sincerely,Someone who has been a part of the (formerly) Dunkinbrand's corporation for 20+ years.Kid-friendliness: See entire review above.“
