Today they closed at 1:00 for Labor Day which I completely understand. We were walking in the store at 12:49 to make a to go order and the lady ran to the door and locked it and flipped the sign to closed as we put our hand on the door to go in. She did not make eye contact with us at all. We didn’t go through the drivethru because there were quite a few cars already there. I have been a loyal customer. But the last few times I have gone to get bagels, I have been very disappointed. A couple of times, I asked for the bagels to be sliced and brought them home, none of them were cut. This time they were cut very poorly. I keep trying because I love the bagels, but I recently broke my wrist and can't slice the bagels myself. Please get it together.
