Everything that I've had here has always been good. Services has always been great. Fleisha was very wonderful ❤️ 💖 4th & Sherdian is the best one
We ate there for the first time ever (4th and Sheridan location)
The staff was friendly and efficient
The place was clean and had football on the TV (bonus)
My husband had liver and onions and said it was great!
I had roast beef and it was the best I've ever had!
The portions are HUGE so come hungry!!
First off, the woman who brought our drinks never washed her hands ✋️ whether she handled dirty dishes or clean food. Second- she couldn't speak English if her life depended on it. Third- I brought my wife for her birthday 🎂 there. She ordered the mushroom with Swiss cheese burger w/o veggies and dry. I ordered a cheeseburger with what I wanted. The Freeway Cafe is a mid-range restaurant that offers a mix of popular and less successful dishes. The chicken fried chicken has some well-seasoned parts, while the sides like mac and cheese and mashed potatoes are decent. The fries are the standout. Breakfast dishes tend to be tastier than the main menu options. Prices are on the higher side, but the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a decent choice for family dining. The restaurant has satisfactory vegetarian options and is wheelchair accessible.
Customers have praised the great service, with one reviewer highlighting the wonderful experience provided by Fleisha. The portions are large, and the food, including the roast beef and liver and onions, has been well-received. However, there have been some issues with the eggs, with one customer noting that their guest's request for scrambled eggs was not met, and another mentioning that other customers near them also ended up with the wrong egg preparation. Despite these minor hiccups, the overall experience at the Freeway Cafe has been positive, with one customer describing it as the "best one" at the 4th and Sheridan location.
