Some great positives and serious negatives here. 4/7/24 Sunday after church not very busy at all, with road construction on S. Memorial. A large build your own bowl is $25!!! Last time we ate at a Genghis was 4 years ago in Fort Worth and about half that price. Hubby opted for medium size and was greatly disappointed. Really good tasting Mongolian grill. However, they are really quite pricey for Mongolian grill. Also, the server wasn't incredibly attentive. Had to flag down for drink refills several times.

Genghis is a nice place. They have changed how you load up your bowls but you can still stack em high! I got the medium bowl and had it overflowing and there was plenty of food. I don't think you need to get a large if you have strategies on stacking.
