“I’ve always raved about the consistency of Redrocks food and the amazingness of their steak, until tonight. The Gorgonzola bleu cheese ribeye is my absolute favorite special they run. Severely dissatisfied in the quality of the steaks we received tonight. We took some friends out for dinner tonight and it was unanimous that the steak quality was seriously diminished from our previous several experiences. I had heard that there was new management; unsure if this would be the reason, the USDA grade of steak has been decreased. The cook was perfect but when your steak is as tough as a boot, it’s hard to enjoy. 3 out of 9 plates were served as ordered this visit, (majority had no substitutions) there has never been an issue in the past with this either. It’s hard to write this review when all the times I have been there have been superior quality. I hope our next visit will be redemption“

“Very courteous staff, best muffins in area and a fantastic apple crumble pie. I asked for caramel and they gave me a bakers pipe bag full on side. They serve great Topeca coffee. I’d like to keep this gem to myself but too good not to be shared.“

“Great atmosphere with case after case of pies, cakes, cheesecake and cookies. My husband had brownie cheese cake, while I had Carmel macchiato cheesecake with a crust made of slices almonds, and pecans with gooey caramel. It was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

“I wanted to check out a local bar by my hotel, and this hole in the wall bar was right across the street. What an experience, it reminded me of the old college days back in the early 2000's. They had ashtrays on the bar, you can't do that in my state...you can't even do it in Mexico. It wasn't too smokey in there and didn't bother me at all. The drinks were priced exceptionally. Tito's and cranberry for $5. They also had jello shots for $1.“

“I used to go here all the time for breakfast and lunch and brunch. I wish they would bring it all back, because it was good quality food. Occasionally, I come by on Pie Night for their Mile High Chocolate Cream pie. I stopped by this morning before work to see if they still had their premade breakfast english muffin with scrambled eggs, bacon, spinach and cheddar chess. They did and it was still so good.“

The cake was perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweet. We got so many complements on the cupcakes from guests. I will absolutely be ordering more cakes in the future.“

My Silky Terrier Gidget was the inspiration for it and I have said for several years now that I wanted a Gidgy cake for my birthday. People have to give grace and have patience when you clearly see a person is doing something alone you should be kind and respectful not rushing and impatient. “We had an awesome experience at Longhorn Restaurant on E. 71st Tulsa on July 5 2025.

I want to give a glowing review for CARL, the manager at Longhorn Steakhouse.

Background story: My son was diagnosed with severe life threatening food allergies to peanut, egg, and tree nuts when he was 18 mos old. He went into anaphylactic shock necessitating a trip to the ER, when I fed him Chinese food at a restaurant. Ever since then, we always brought his food when we go out to eat cause of potential cross contamination.

He is now 13 y/o and today was his first time eating restaurant food. Carl, was so kind, accommodating, attentive and genuinely cared when answering all our questions (UNLIKE John, the general manager at Texas de Brazil in Tulsa -refer to my other review.)

Carl told us that they cook food on a separate pan with separate cooking utensils on a separate grill for their guests with food allergies and that they also have food allergy menu. Let me tell you...seeing my son happy, loving, and enjoying eating the sirloin steak and bake potato, really melted my heart. Praise God that he blessed us with people like Carl and our waitress, Destiny, who both really made this day special for my son. Customer service was phenomenal and food was delicious! Our steaks (husband and I) were juicy and tender. The icing on the cake was when Carl, out of the kindness of his heart, gave my son a company rubber bracelet, company pen, and $10 GC to commemorate the day. We will forever be patrons of this restaurant.“

“I came in on a busy Friday, I was surprised they even had a seat for me right away. They were super nice and friendly, I ordered 3 steamed dumplings the first batch was covered in a sweat spicy chili Ryu which if I could eat spicy I would of love it but they fixed it and brought me new ones I could enjoy, they checked on me throughout she was super sweet and attentive. The down side is I had to wait almost 30 min for my food after the dumplings. Over all it was good not really for solo dinning but still amazing I will definitely have to come back with my Husband.“

So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: Went to the drive thru to order a Southwest Salad. The salad was large and fresh with strips of grilled chicken and I found it delicious. I got their Creamy Salsa dressing to put on it, which was also very tasty. It was a great low carb choice. The service was excellent, as well.“
