Great place to go into would definitely recommend going in the mornings the waitress Crystal was amazing . She has such a warm personality and makes sure to get your food to you when it's nice and hot .

While very courteous staff, didn't check back on our table enough. But as always the food was good and the prices are so reasonable. If they just wouldn't burn the bacon to a crisp (even after asking for chewy bacon) then we'd be regulara.

I visited today specifically because I wanted an Oreo waffle since Iâm pregnant and my craving always hit at random times. I sat down and everything was great until I got into the waffle, I noticed it was a plane waffle with only whip cream and Oreos on top. As anybody knows, when a a pregnant woman gets upset about a craving itâs really emotional. I asked my waitress if there was a mistake or I ordered the wrong thing, she said âI know I told her but she said no itâs rightâ to which I replied if I could please get it remade. She was super sweet and said she would get it remade. After a while she came back and said that the lady Gilmore said she would not remake it because she canât put the Oreos in the batter. And that if I wanted she could make me pancakes or something else. She then said âIâm trying to get a discountâ like i was still going to be charged for the item that was completely wrong. The Oreos not being in the waffles because of the equipment they have, I understand completely, but I didnât get my cream cheese topping or anything else? So I asked if I could please speak with her and when she came out she was very rude. She said she wonât be able to put the Oreos in the waffle because of the equipment but now she said she would remake it. I explained to her that I donât think itâs fair for me to be paying for something when I asked for something completely different. She then said âok fine have a good dayâ and took my ticket. I just think it was handled very rude especially because I just went for one thing. Iâm very understanding and I wouldâve been okay without the cookies in the waffle but the attitude is what really stuck with me. Your getting payed to do this job, nobody is forcing you to be there, if you donât like it then leave. Itâs always the bitter employees, just wanted to share my experience and I hope they do something about their miserable cook. Other than that the waitress was great!
