We've been avoiding ihop in OKC for years because every location has terrible service. We took a big chance coming to this one in Tulsa, I told my children if this time service was bad we would never go back to ihop no matter where they are in the country. Today's service was by far the best we have received at any ihop location in the state of Oklahoma!! We will come back to this location when we want ihop!

Barely get help from employees. Why they work for a place and care so little about there customers. I watch 2 families walk out after being told they would be seated. I waited over 20 minutes for an order and when trying to just see how much longer a lady with bright red hair proceeds to ignore me and walk away. This place is so poorly ran.

Showed the manager a died fly smacked on my glass of lemonade. The manager said oh it's just a fly and it's alive, what the heck was wrong with her. I should have left but I didn't, the food made me nauseous and I paid for everything and left. Never again ?

Not pleased with this location. I among 3 other guests stood in line for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the front for service. We were told they were short on staff but we counted 10 employees just working the floor which included to managers. We took our order to go which was two Waffle specials with one that should have had Strawberry cream cheese on it. We got home with our order to find it was plain. Neither had what we ordered. Never going back.

Not the server's fault that they were busy and short staffed. I redeemed pan coins for a free omelette and had to remind her to take it off our ticket with the code. Still the food was very good and filling. Will definitely go again and hopefully they won't be understaffed.
