Jackie’s is a life saver for people who work downtown as there are not many options for reasonably priced food if you forget to bring your lunch to work. She has such a variety of things to choose from. From burgers to sushi she has it all! Everything I’ve had there has been amazing! You can also get a few convenience store items such as ramen/candy bars & gum, etc. she is ALWAYS so nice and welcoming and she runs the whole place by herself. I hope she stays downtown forever! I recommend the burger and also the chicken fried rice with egg roll.

Their Kimbap and sushi are a joke. Kimbap fell apart and super salty. Where is the soy sauce for my sushi at? ?

Very convenient for pre-packaged snacks if you’re in the area. But she stirred my ground beef for a taco salad with her ungloved finger before putting it on my salad. She tore tomatoes apart with her ungloved hands instead of chopping them up.Not super hygienic.

The lady working there is very nice! You should try their grilled chicken wrap.NOTE: To get to the deli, you must enter the Bank of America building and make your way through the bank area to the elevators. From there, ascend to the 8th Floor and there you will find the deli.
