I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app to be delivered through the Jersey Mikes app . Erica who said she was the store manager called me and said they forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. She then asked if I wanted to come pick up the forgotten sandwich. I ordered delivery not pickup. Yummy sandwiches…. Clean restaurant…. Friendly people
I routinely eat at this location and have never had a bad experience until now. My cousin’s wife went in to order our food on our behalf because my toddler was sleeping in the car.
My cousin’s wife is deaf and was treated atrociously when she was at the register. The cashier refused to communicate with her or honor her reward on the app for a free sub.
