Someone doesn't know where to put the sticker on the tag...
I placed an order yesterday and when it was delivered it was missing a bag of chips. I called the restaurant to see if they could refund the chips, and the guy on the phone attacked me and accused me of lying, over a bag of chips! He was yelling at me and causing a big scene, so in disbelief at the appalling customer service I decided to just let it go. Then I opened the sandwiches and noticed they were wrong too. Great food and service. They literally had my sandwich made before I even swiped my card to pay for it.
