This location was absolutely filthy. The restrooms are locked with a code to get in. We were given the code but once we got inside, it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There were dead cockroaches on the floor and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Then the soap dispenser didn’t work so I’m not sure how employees were washing their hands. Lobby always closed. Donuts hard and cold. Never any paper napkins given.. when you ask for them, you get 2. 🤷🏼♀️
Today's visit was nothing new... except having to repeat the order THREE times. 🤦🏼♀️ Pay attention, corporate. Employees like this will have your doors closed soon.
