Ordered iced coffee with no sugar on the app. They gave me a caramel vanilla coffee. I try to tell the woman at the pickup window and she goes and gets the woman taking orders. She comes around and yells at me that it's my fault, I ordered the wrong thing on the app. I try to show her my phone (with the correct item on the receipt) but she just walks off. I'm not mad that they made a mistake but I kinda hate being yelled at because they made a mistake.
At the Southwest Blvd location:
I ordered online with the app, there was a sign that the headset was broken and to come to the 1st window. Once I got there a male, out of uniform (idk if he works here), greeted me through a locked window yelling "nah we closed, nah we closed!" and shaking his hands. Most likely my fave McDs in the Tulsa area. Service really rocks, line moves swiftly even in peak hours, and the workers are 'muy amable'. Will keep coming back!

McDonald's in west Tulsa near downtown, by HUD housing, may not offer a Cheesecake Factory experience. Customers might encounter requests for change and face individuals outside. The staff can be hit or miss, with some providing great service while others seem indifferent. Meals like the breakfast sandwich can sometimes be overcooked, but overall, the food is good. The location's accessibility could be improved due to nearby construction, but parking is available all around the building, and there are ramps for wheelchair users. The restaurant is family-friendly with a playplace for kids. Recent visits have shown that employees are friendly, even bringing meals to the table and offering refills. The atmosphere is lively, and many guests enjoy the old-fashioned feel and consistent portion sizes, despite slight price increases. However, some issues like missing items in orders, such as honey mustard, can be frustrating.
