Mop water bucket on the table with drinks, filthy interior, horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for broccoli beef to be made when there was no rush and only 2 people in the restaurant. Used to be great. Must have new manager. Sad.

Spencer helped this girl up front and then and made a joke I didn’t quite catch while saying something along the lines of “Ma’am i’m actually an associate you have to listen to me” then followed this girl to the back of the store while she looked obviously very uncomfortable. He continued to leave the front to go talk to customers who didn’t seem like they wanted to be talked to. The whole time was quite annoying because the other employees just kept yelling at him to come to the front. NOT TO MENTION he made me super uncomfortable by staring without looking away for at least a minute while he was filling up drive thru drinks. Everyone else was great, especially Rebecca. She was very kind and helpful :)

Stopped by for dinner take-out. Several food choices were nearly out or out requiring me to wait until fresh was cooked. Egg rolls looked over done & dry, but all other food was good.

What a frustrating mess!!!! My wife and I ordered online for our family and all was going well UNTIL the pickup process. I proceeded into the establishment and let them know I was there to pick up our order. They boy behind the counter asked the name like normal and I provided again like normal and then the mess started. Boy behind the counter then asked for a confirmation number??? I told him I didn't have it however I have my Real ID to verify the name. This was NOT good enough for the worker and so I had to phone my office and they had to find the email containing this number in my Spam Folder on my email so I could read it off to this boy behind the counter. REALLY!!!!!! Is there that many people that come in and actually guess the exact name at the exact time an order is ready with a State Issue Real ID that works for TSA standards that matches the name on the order???? Glad there are other locations in case we want to get our PANDA on in the future just NOT the location at

I tried to overlook the servers not wearing gloves but then when you start dipping those thumbs in my food I have to say something. Not trying to be rude either but gloves should be encouraged. Not only were your hands all up in my food but you also messed up my order. There was no apology just silence and attitude. Try having good customer service. People might look past your mess up. Never coming back here.
