We have been very patient with this place many times…tonight took the cake. After waiting 15mins for chicken they then tell us they are out of rice. At 7pm? Really? Staff is lazy and not helpful at all.

They were out of lo mein noodles and fried rice which is to me unacceptable, especially as early as it was in the afternoon and being on New Year's Eve. Also paid for 2 orders of spring rolls but unfortunately only received one order of spring rolls.

Was there on the weekend around 4pm. Ready to go food selection was minimal. it would be a small wait for more items than not. The drink area was not clean and orderly, the area was wet, and excess items were lying around. Was not busy, so I would have expected a cleaner environment for a down time.

I placed an online order at 8:30pm Dec. 28 2024. I get a text saying your food with be ready for pickup at 9pm. I get there at 8:50 tell me why they have me waiting until 9:40 for a pickup order! WHY THE HELL IS MY FOOD NOT PREPARED IF ITS A PICKUP ORDER. You’ve told me the food is ready than you have me drive there to wait, and this is normal system for them. I’ve done multiple pick up orders and this is how it is done every time. Once we get to 9:50 I have to drive back through the drive-through just so that they will tell me they’ve lost my order and they’ll remake it again. They remake the food just to send me off Two plates of chicken and vegetables they didn’t give me rice in. They skimmed on the portions after making me wait nearly an hour

I’ve always loved Panda Express but this is getting ridiculous. I ordered a plate with white steamed rice, orange chicken, and honey sesame chicken. After correcting the person taking my order who thought I said teriyaki somehow, I get my food and leave. Upon opening my food container, I see a handful of pieces of chicken and a huge mass of noodles that I didn’t ask for or want. Thank you for wasting my time and money for a pittance of food that I didn’t ask for
