Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I don't ever like posting bad reviews but after several horrible experiences I think its only fair I warn people not even order anything at this location. Yesterday was the last straw. Ordered regular bone in wings. Was told to park and wait. After 40 minutes of waiting I got out of my car and walked to the main entry door which was locked. A lady then came to the door and told me they were now closed. I told her we had ordered already and have been sitting waiting like we were told. She then went over to the manager or whoever he was and then grabbed our order, and gave it to me. Not only was the order wrong but the food was beyond terrible. The wings instead of regular plain bone in wings, we received wings that hat this horrible signature hot sauce as well as sweet and spicy. And the wings themselves tasted like they have been dipped in sugar. I had Popeyes in Europe recently and the standards there are so high. The bar here is so low anything goes.

Stopped by to try the new chicken dippers and was told I could not have them because they were frozen and could not be served. This was for lunch time after weeks of advertising. Just goes to show the quality of management.

Made a mobile order and arrived at the drive thru and gave them my name was told to pull to the window. Get there little girl asks again what did you order. I replied a mobile order and gave the name. She told me to pull up by the trash can and they will bring it out. 8 minutes and absolutely no cars coming through the drive thru. I back up to the window to ask for my order and there are two employees and a manager just standing there. One comes and opens the window and says what? I said I've been waiting for my food is was told to pull forward its been almost 10 minutes what is taking so long. No apologies for the waiting or confusion just walked away grabbed my food and handed it to me and closed the window. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had from a Popeyes!!!

The past several visits, the food was old. This last time, they left out a piece of chicken. The manager was childish and unprofessional. He should stop flirting with the Asian girl and do his job

Shoutout to the Popeyes in Bixby—this place has seriously stepped it up! I’ve noticed a huge improvement lately, and I’ve got to give credit to the new manager, Charlotte. She runs a tight ship and it shows. The food has been hot, fresh, and fast every time I’ve come through, and the service is friendlier than ever. You can tell the team is working hard and actually enjoying their jobs. Big thanks to Charlotte and the crew for bringing the good vibes (and the spicy chicken)! Keep it up!
