Puerto Rican Restaurants in Tulsa, OK

“Having enjoyed Puerto Rican cuisine at Sol Food in the Bay Area, I wanted to introduce family here in San Diego to "cocina criolla". A web search found Jibaritos De La Isla, and based on the website photos, I was expecting a food truck with outdoor seating. We were a little confused walking into a nightclub, but our smiling host reassured us we were at the right place. What followed was a multicourse meal of absolutely delicious flavors. This was even better than Sol Food, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction for my family to Puerto Rican cuisine. Portions are generous, service was very attentive, and the cooking was outstanding. Highly recommended!“

“If you like Puerto Rican food this is the place to go. I haven't had Puerto Rican food this good since I was in Puerto Rico. The mofongo had so much flavor. The fried plantains with garlic were so good. The portions are large. I could only eat half of my meal. I will be going back. If your ever in Tulsa this place is a must try.“
