The last two times I've gone through the drive-thru at this particular restaurant, they have messed up my order. The food is already pricey but to find out that you've been shorted a whole meal is annoying. I realize it's my responsibility to check my order but this has happened two times now so I'm not sure that I'll be going back.

Overall, great experience, staff was pleasant. Food was hot. Everything was as expected.

I walked in and ordered 2 entrees and 5 extra cane sauces. I paid extra for the cane sauces. I asked the man at the counter if he put the extra cane sauces I ordered and paid for in my bag before leaving, he said yes. They weren’t in there. I called the store and asked what can be done, I’m in town for a wedding and leaving immediately after. The person on the phone had huge attitude and said they couldn’t do anything unless I came physically in. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for these extra sauces, was lied to, and then got flack for calling about your mistake. Take responsibility for your actions and stealing my money and make it right, don’t give me attitude on the phone when you are the party at fault.

I just wanted some hot sauce that’s it. THEN the lady with the red hair suggested that I drive to Peoria to get some packets of hot sauce. Like what? Really? She said if you wanted it that bad. I could. Right in front of the manager. The guy with the braids was nice. I could have went to the Peoria store bc it’s closer to where I live. Pine and Peoria. 2. I come here because it’s been My Canes since it opened. Not any more. 3. That’s exactly where I will be going from now on. I still can’t believe she suggested that. Ann 10 days later the refund NEVER HIT my debit card.

I stopped on my lunch break to eat here. When my card chip wasn't reading, I asked the kind cashier if they would punch it in from her side. She went to get the manager to do so. When the young manager Cody arrived, he didn't greet or smile, just looked at me and said; "Uh, yeah, we don't do that, sorry. I asked why, and he said, "we just don't." He said sorry again and walked away. My meal was then thrown in the trash. But the cashiers showed great customer support by trying to guide me to set up Samsung pay. They showed empathy and went out of there way to try and help. Their manager Cody should take notes. I didn't get their names, but they were amazing themselves. That's the ONLY reason they get a second star on this review.

I have always loved coming to this canes, however my recent experience wasn’t as it normally is. The staff forgot some of our food, they also didn’t give us straws or napkins, and the fries were undercooked and cold and the chicken was a bit soggy as well. Maybe it’s because we came later on in the day. The staff just wasn’t very attentive. I do love this place though a during lunch time and early evening it’s always been amazing!

Walked in and it was 50 degrees in here, everyone had their jackets on. Dont want me food cold before i eat. Went to use the restroom before I left and there is a key code on the door.

the cashier at the drive-thru was very rude and I ordered a large sweet tea with a caniac combo and got a unsweet tea with a box combo but was charged for the caniac and me and my boyfriend were gonna let it go bc it wasn't worth the hassle but then we found hair in the food I don't think we will be going back to this location for a while
