This order was the biggest fiasco. I ordered days in advance to have my ordered picked up today at 5:30. 200 chicken pieces. It would seem the order just got missed completely. We arrived in time to pick up the order but it was not ready. In fact, it was not completed until 5:56! My party was to b served at 6. How does that happen? When I spoke to the manager he told me he was busier filling walk in orders? So my order, $300 order, was set aside to accommodate others? Mine was prepaid so I guess it didn't matter how long we had to wait ? The kids working just said “uh well, I don’t know”. This was totally unacceptable. You knew u had the order today at 5:30. You shoujd gave made arrangements to hold your end of the transaction. I bet you didn’t expect me to pay you at my convenience? 30 minutes later? Had you said I’d have to wait an additional 30 minutes i would have gone elsewhere or made other arrangements. You did not give me the option. Instead we had to all be inconvenienced. And finally I had asked for one container of sauce to share but instead i received 200 individual containers. Just another reason why I know no one did anything to prepare this order, it was a disaster from the get go.I am extremely disappointed. My group was disappointed. 50 people waited for dinner that was more than 30 minutes late. Other items that were held warm, deteriorated slowly. In essence you ruined our dinner!I expect a refund for this horrible service & inconvenience. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.Patty Castillo

Idk what happened to this location. But they forget drinks and sauce all the time. Literally the last 3 times I’ve been. It has been a while since I’d been here, now it’s a mess.
This was our first time visiting this Cane's location. Usually, we go through the drive-through, but this time, we ate in the chicken tasted extra fresh and good. My husband and I did not like the coleslaw and neither of us could eat it. Overall we enjoyed our food though.
