Service was fine, just so expensive.

I ordered three combos all crispy frys, not only did I have to pull over and wait for over five minutes, but I get home and all the fries are undercooked soft and soggy and have a massive load of salt on them. The chicken has so much grease that it was disgusting. Also got charged for three fountain drinks when their soda machine was out and I had to order water, too many kids here and not enough adult supervision they were too busy piled up at the window talking and hugging each other and laughing instead of taking their job serious. They always mess up my order. I’ll just drive further to go to the one on 71st.

I ordered a box combo in the drive thru with a sweet tea. I was Maybe 3rd in line at this point, I paid at 11:43pm, it took them awhile to hand me my food. The girl in the drive thru asked if it was a three tender combo. I stated I ordered a box combo, it took a minute to find my order. After waiting all that time, she asked if I could pull forward... I did, while I was waiting (even standing outside my car so they would see me)the manager had locked all the doors, at this point it was midnight. I pulled back thru the drive thru to get my food... still took them a minute to figure out they forgot about me. I received my 4 tender box combo at 12:17am. Very disappointed.

Chicken is always fresh, hot, and tender. A bit higher priced than a few other places that offer similar chicken tender deals but always good. The service I received at this location was great, good job!

Did a drive thru for lunch. Ordered the the box combo with four chicken fingers, cole slaw and crinkle cut fries. The person taking the order was nice and attentive. When I got to the window, I was greated with a smile, the young lady was friendly and our order was to us quickly. The food was hot, and very good. The chicken fingers were tender pieces of white meat nicely cooked. The slaw was very good and the fries were hot. A very nice experience.

Most tables are clean, but sometimes staff are slow to clean used tables, hence 3 stars on atmosphere. It also can be a loud environment when it's flooded with high school kids. The chicken is tasty. Fries are good, if fresh and hot but they do go cold if you're taking your meal for take-away. The Texas toast is great if it's hot, but the slaw ia fairly mediocre. The food is served fast, so if you order ahead with the app, know that they make it immediately, so it might be getting cold on a shelf even if you allow use of the geo tracking app feature!
