Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Autumn was great! She was patient and took good care of me and my sister. The wings and my bacon cheeseburger were great. But my sister didn’t like the brussel sprouts. But that's what she gets for ordering brussel sprouts, lol. Also, special shout to the Manger Israel. He did a wonderful job checking on us and making sure we were satisfied. Great experience overall!

Tonight, We went in for a burger,beer and fries. Sat at the bar. Our waiter was great. The food was fine. Beer was excellent. Unfortunately the remote pay option was wrong again. It charged an entertainment fee. Those things ruin a perfectly fine experience. I had the exact same experience at another’s r chain recently. The remote pay at the table just needs to go away.

It was alright. This was my first time back in over 10 years. So I suppose I'm basing this review vs. the last time I went, 10 years ago.
There are much smaller portions as opposed to back then. The food wasn't as good as I remember, and the atmosphere just isn't as inviting as it once was. I also realize inflation affects everything, but over $50 for 2 people, no appetizers, and one of us drinking water? DAMN!

I came in Friday afternoon, right around noon. I sat at the bar. There were two gentlemen seated there as well and probably five or six tables in the bar area. I sat and waited as an employee walked around me, but never greeted me. I waited 10 minutes and I got up and left. I went down the road to five guys and was greeted and served immediately.

I have been going to this location for about 5 yrs now. Got to know the servers and managers. They all go above and beyond for their customers. The food is top-notch notch. The burgers are fresh and juicy. The sides are great, especially the garlic parmesean fries and broccoli. I highly recommend this location. Andrew, Amanda, Kayla, MoMo, and the rest will treat you like family.

Me and my kids ate here on a whim tonight after shopping at the outlet mall nearby. Our hostess and hostess were great. I ordered the blue ribbon burger with no bread and added an extra patty. I ate the patties halfway and discovered the top patty to be still raw. I have no idea how much I ate of that one raw. The waitress was horrified and yelled at the cook. They made me another patty, which I put in a to go box. I am praying that I don't get sick!
