I think the food is much better eating in. Take out tends to take a back seat in quality and in our experience the order gets messed up frequently. Eating in they always do a great job.
We need to remember what the customer service industry does. They service the customer. If they go above and beyond, they get a great tip for taking care of my family. If they are subpar, a much smaller tip is merited.
