I’ve always raved about the consistency of Redrocks food and the amazingness of their steak, until tonight. The Gorgonzola bleu cheese ribeye is my absolute favorite special they run. Severely dissatisfied in the quality of the steaks we received tonight. Update 8/9 - The Area Partner emailed me this evening following their three week investigative process. They have concluded that while there appears to have been some confusion and miscommunication there was no ill will or disrespect intended and apologized for any other impression that was given. This was concluded without contacting any of my guests although I offered to provide their contact information in a format of their choosing. However, they will be refunding all of...read full review
