We ordered To Go. We had Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo and ordered extra Alfredo sauce. There was almost no Alfredo Sauce on the Meal. The Fettuccini, Chicken & Alfredo Sauce were all tasteless. The extra sauce they charged us for, was the equivalent of chicken noodle soup with less flavor. It looked like they added water to it. It wouldn’t even cling to the fettuccini that was also tasteless and starchy. I was horribly disappointed. I paid almost 60.00 and ended up throwing most of it away. This used to be my family’s favorite place to go. Must be new owners or new chefs.☹️

Wow, where to even start. My wife, daughter, and I arrived for dinner tonight to a very empty restaurant. We noticed when we walked in that the entire bar was covered in dirty plates and drink glasses without a single patron seated at the bar. These plates and glasses continued to be there for the next hour and 15 minutes during our debacle. Thestaff was comprised of let’s say “older kids“, and it was immediately evident that there was no real supervision on the premises. Our server did seem pleasant, and we ordered our drinks where my wife had requested a martini. We noticed that there was nobody tending bar for 30 minutes only to watch a young woman walk out of the restroom appearing to be disgruntled and begrudgingly made my wife’s martini. Literally 30 minutes after we got our waters. Things happen, so we proceeded to order and I get a pizza for myself and daughter and my wife very clearly articulates that she would like the chicken piccata. A normal amount of time goes by and my pizza comes out. We patiently wait for my wife’s entrée to come out for about 15 minutes before it is evident that something is amiss. I stand up to approach the waiter as his visits to our table had become few and far between at that point only to find out that he forgot to order it and entirely and asked “what did she order again?” Combine with the fact that my drink was empty, my wife was never asked if she would like another drink, and my daughter had all but eaten every ice cube in her water, this was a terrible experience. The pizza was “OK” at best. Keep in mind, that’s the only thing we received. The entire establishment was dirty and it was very clear that this was simply a child run operation. I remember coming here a few years back and it seem to be a very nice establishment. I would say that the real manager owner could refer to the cameras to see how dysfunctional this operation is, but noticed that they are unplugged with cords merely dangling from the wall. Do yourself a favor and buy some Italian food at Costco and save the frustration.

We have been here several times and have always loved the food however the last few times the service has been extremely disappointing. The food tastes great but this is the second time it never comes out at the same time. They forgot to bring a salad - no bread was ever brought to the table.
Hoping they can get a better manager and staff to bring it back up to par becuase it has great potential!

Our 4th visit with a party of 4, food is very consistent and above average. Our service has always been exceptional. The price is a value for the food and service.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. $111 for a barely adequate pizza, hard garlic knots and a small slice of cheesecake. Gross.

Food was horrible, the meat balls had a sour after taste, the Spaghetti Carbonara was nothing but liquid soup, I took a picture but not able to post picture.

I don't know about the food. We were not greeted by anybody for 35 minutes then after talking with a manager a waiter was sent to our table. The waiter then slammed water glasses down and threw straws at us. We left after being attacked by the straw wielding server. I left a voice message with the owner the following day. I have not heard anything back. Terrible servers, terrible management, and an indifferent owner.

The food did look really good though.

We ordered catering for a Rehearsal Dinner through Tori at Russo's and the entire experience was phenomenal! Tori is extremely professional and worked with me to create a custom package for my brothers Rehearsal Dinner which all of the guests thoroughly enjoyed. Tori is knowledgeable in catering recommendations and has a great attitude. She is very responsive and is a true asset to the Russo team! The food was incredible and the variety provided was loved by all of our guests. Thanks Tori & Russo's; you knocked it out of the park!

I have 3 years going to Russo’s, it was my favorite restaurant, but I’ve to say las two times I went was very different, I always like to order margherita pizza, it used to have an amazing taste, now it is just tasteless, even the Arnold Palmer was just sweet tea, IDK what happened, it was a very nice place to eat!

Unbelievably poor food quality for starters we ordered the Racqel Bruschetta Trio. The bread was terribly dry more like croutons with some tomatoes and mushrooms sprinkled on top. The Alfredo sauce would have been better out of a prego bottle. The Alfredo was runny and had no flavor whatsoever. The chicken tastes like Tyson bagged chicken from Walmart. Now for a hundred dollar meal the atmosphere was nice but the tables where scratched up like a puma had been clawing at it. The server was sweet but looked like she was possibly on some sort of hard drugs. This place should take the Italian off the sign and just be a Coal fires Pizza Kitchen. I'm sorry whoever the Russo Family is I mean no disrespect just in case you're tied to the mafia but listen if yall want to keep this place open, I suggest you hire a better manager and cook. Please your literally a mile from my house and I love good Italian food. I may just Stumble over to the Stumbling Monkey and have a decent drink now that I blew 100$ on a disrespectful Alfredo sauce. Every single person I know can make better Alfredo. For the love of all things Italian let's serve some buon cibo!
