First time eating at this location. Service was slow, and they weren't even busy. Maybe 4 other tables all were eating when we arrived. 1 other table seated right after us. We were there 2+hrs for 3 meals. Steak was overcooked. Saltgrass is usually a decent steakhouse. Don't know if this location is short on staff or maybe needs new management... somethings gotta change. There are too many other quality places to get a steak in this town.

I can't think of a single time I've been disappointed by a meal at Saltgrass Steak House, and lunch today was no exception! While the service is consistently good as well, JoAnn did a great job of taking care of me. She made sure that I had everything I needed and wanted, and checked on me frequently. Great food and great service -- what more could you want?

Good service, but the food wasn't great. My shrimp were overcooked and baked potato was undercooked. My sons draft beer was flat. Overpriced for the quality we got.

Enjoyed everything about this place. My only complaints would be that I asked for my steak to be medium and I got closer to medium rare. I didn't bother complaining because I didn't want to take the chance of losing my appetite while waiting.

Very disappointing, I ordered the lunch rib-eye 10oz steak. Was so thin I thought they served me round steak. Steak has a great flavor but still over cooked, too fatty even for a rib-eye. Salt Grass in Branson was 100 times better.

Came into Saltgrass for lunch around 2:45 got sat at the bar waited over 10 minutes for anybody to appear to take my order, no one showed so I decided to leave. Horrible service. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Despicable. Not even worth 1 star.
