Who knew? I've passed these places all my adult life and never considered inquiring. Just happened to be on that side of town and stopped in to redeem a special offer. The service was great and the small Chicken Fiesta sandwich and drink hit the spot. They offer an Udi's gluten-free bun, which makes a huge difference since I'm intolerant. Overall, the menu offers all sorts of sandwiches including a vegan option which is nice. Each selection notes the amount of calories. They have kids meals with a choice of fruit and self-serve Coke products, with unsweetened and sweetened tea options. Good stuff, we'll be back.Vegetarian options: One specific option, would imagine others are customizable.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and vegan options available.Parking: A nice amount of spacesKid-friendliness: A few kids meals on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Curb is accessible and differently-abled parking is available at the entrance. I’ve only been to this location a few times, but when I ordered tonight I found a live silverfish inside of the box. As soon as I got home I discovered it crawling all over my food. The manager did give me a refund and offered a free meal, but I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location anymore.

I had the turkey bacon club and it was delicious like always , however I felt for the front worker Heather i believe is her name. She seems to always be there and super busy. She does a great job. But maybe management should consider hiring extra help.

Worked here for a year and a half, the entirety of my working experience was horrible, more than half the time that I was on shift after being cross-trained, I was expected to preform as though I was running the store while management was sitting around in the office doing nothing to help. I had to threaten to leave in order to get my first raise that was promised after 3 months, it took 6+ and me saying that I was looking for another job for them to finally make good on their word. I never received another raise, and the position of team lead was held over my head as if I was going to be a team lead, which made me feel as though I had to work harder, however they never actually did it, and I don’t think they ever had any plans of promoting me. Management doesn’t care about you, in fact, whenever I attempted to advocate for myself, I would get told that either what I’m saying is not true, or that I just need to get over it basically. SO glad I left, I do not recommend working here, unless you’re a desperate student or an extremely desperate person. Food is ok, but I only ate what I made though and I’ve seen other employees make food absolutely horribly. There’s a lot of things that I saw that I thought were very obvious health violations, but I did as I was told. Aside from my personal experience, I would still not recommend coming here, because the prices are absolutely unacceptable and spending 10 on a mediocre sandwich with no chips or drink is insane. Whenever I was a kid, you could get a meal for that price, and I realize that they need to keep up with inflation, but there is no excuse to charge the absolutely ridiculous prices.
They did a great job catering a company lunch for us. Easy online ordering and food was ready and waiting when I arrived. A very kind employee helped carry the food to my car.

Food came hot and correct but unfortunately, the establishment today was not clean. We had to ask for someone to clean off a table for us just to have a place to sit because all the tables were dirty. You could see the pop machines hadn't been cleaned in a while, especially under the cabinet where everything seemed to collect. The teas had been sitting for quite some time because they were bitter and starting to take on a sour taste, definitely overdue for a new batch.
Soup and 1/2 sandwich special was good. Atmosphere is starting to age.
