Waiter was good, except he said something that lead me to believe our cook would be throwing shrimp into our mouths. Unfortunately, the chef did not. I asked him later and he said not all chefs do. The cook dropped stuff twice, forgot my rice, the salad dressing was over watered and disgusting, and I could barely hear the music. Only 1 waiter and he was running everywhere as fast as he could all night. First time and I really expected better from this place! One of the biggest letdowns of my life! This has been on my bucket list for YEARS!!! I love the water feature, though.

I have been to many different shotguns and this one was the worst I have ever been to. We went to celebrate family birthdays and we specifically asked for no shellfish to be cooked or prepared with our food and even though they didn't bring it to our table somehow my daughter went into anaphylaxis from cross contamination. She had to be rushed to the hospital and hasn't been able to eat since. She had to have her stomach pumped and has been sick since. The vent above the rable had caked on grease and the waitress was rude and made rude comments when she didnt think we could hear. I will never visit this particular shoguns again. Theres so much more but that should be enough to scare anyone.

I heard this place was good but unfortunately I won't get to try it. We tried calling and calling and calling to make a reservation and nobody answered the phone, we walked in at 5:36 (six minutes after opening) and the hostess said they were booked up. I said "if you answered your phone we could have made one or at least not wasted the drive" she replied "we weren't open" but the website states to call after 1pm, hence the reason I said if you answered your phone but nobody did. I shared how disappointed we were with management and he did NOT CARE one bit. Being first time customers we were shocked at how the hostess and the manager handled the situation. He had no apology whatsoever for our inconvenience nor an apology for the hostesses attitude. I stated I would make a review being that I wasn't allowed to talk to the owner, his response was "do whatever". Will not recommend this place to anyone. We tried calling for reservations but nobody answered the phone at all. I really hope the owners see this message and knows how his staff treats first time customers. It's appalling and pathetic, and again I really hope the owners see this because they need to know since customers aren't allowed to talk to them apparently. Which doesn't speak high volumes for management cause all that tells me is they don't want the owners to know how they treat people. Good luck.

Shogun rocks! While most of these 'teppanyaki' japanese steakhouses are very similar, shogun stands out as feeling a bit more comfortable and less like an amusement park. Often these places rush you in and out and provide minimal service. Shogun does not make you feel rushed, and while the servers may not be 5 star waitpeople, they certainly are attentive and add to the experience. Food is great, show is fun, our kids love it and so do we!

We ordered #8 and a Shogun Special, both had filets and they presented New York strips to us. The person at the table with us ordered Shogun scallops. The cook gave him our mignon. But, the ironic thing he was a stranger to us, but insisted on paying for that Anniversary meal. The waitress wasn't attentive, forgetting the lemons I requested and what desert I requested. She treated me like I was invisible!

food was decent.i took filet mignon and the cook cut it in big pièces it was too big for me to eat.they refused to give me a knife stating they didnt have any knife in that restaurant ? !also as soon as you put your fork down they rush you to get your included dessert. i was not done wkth eating, she was pushing me.i told her i was still working on my food. she just came bacj after 90 seconds to ask if she could bring the dessert..i would never go there againthe show was fast and not worth it compared to other places
