Where do I start? My wife and I came to visit with a group of our friends and it’s going to be the last time. After we ordered our food and sat down, the cashiers started playing rap music loudly on their phones… We could literally hear it from across the room. Then, when our food came out it, our fries were BEYOND greasy. We had to use multiple napkins to try to dry them off. Lastly, my wife’s food was the last to come out literally 30 MINUTES later. We all ate and we’re waiting for her food to come out. And there wasn’t any apology for the absurd wait time. We have been here before and it was NOTHING like this. I have personally worked in the food industry before and this was just unacceptable. Don’t eat here, unless you want an experience like this…

Next door, Jimmy John’s was packed so I went to smash burger, where there was no line. Now I know why. Everything was gross. Dirty plates, bathroom was gross, oily smears all over windows and seats in dining room and food particles everywhere on floors and tables. Why even have a business if this is how you’re gonna run it? I will not be back.

Something was very wrong with the food I ordered from here on Tuesday 05/09. Within 5 minutes of eating the chicken tenders and tater tots, I started to get very bloated and my stomach felt raw. Proceed to now a day later and I’ve been throwing up and having diarrhea for 10+ hours... I am positive it was a reaction to this food, as it was the only thing I ate on Tuesday and I’m not on any medication.

The Burgers were amazing i had the brisket burger and the "large" smash tots they tasted fine but they definitely didn't seem large. I also had an order of buffalo wings and that's the reason I put 3 stars they were dry and not very good at all. I guess that's why it's smash burger and not smash chicken ?

The truffle mushroom swiss bruger with sweet potato fries are my new addiction. Everytime I get them, which is weekly, never disappoint. The meat is juicy and cooked perfectly. The mushrooms are are thick and taste. The fries are perfectly cooked and salted. The store is always clean and the employees are always very polite and energetic.

Good - ****Nashville Hot Wings are always my favorite. I couldnt resist the flavor of nashville sauce. So today I got a deal from Smashburger where there was a coupon for 33% off. Went to the store and ordered scorching hot wings along with blue cheese dressing and spicy chipotle mayo (I have taken pictures from different angles to show really how it looks.) The lunch was delicious with enough heat and good flavor. Overall, it was good!!
Vegetarian options: Not much
Kid-friendliness: Yes there are kids meals
Parking: Parking is less because of shared parking with other stores nearby
Dietary restrictions: Not sure if its diet-friendly because of the calories

Turn on the heat. It’s cold outside and warmer there than in the restaurant. People want to get out of the cold to enjoy a meal together. Instead everyone is shivering wearing full coats and hats. Not an enjoyable experience.
