Unfortunately I am writing this since the girl who rang me up and made my shake had an awful energy! I know it was 15 before close but that doesn’t mean I get 0 customer service. I can tell she was working fast to get things closed down, I understand that. But to not even say, thanks after I said have a good night and making zero eye contact, putting the shake on the counter… Just doesn’t leave the best impression as a customer. Not one hello or goodbye..just a straight cold face. Not sure if your mad that I came before close or something personal… girl take a deep breath it’s okay!
Ella was AMAZING. She went above and beyond for us, after hours!! We called and said we would be a few minutes late and she was so so kind. And the smoothies were so good!
