The first order I was given was the wrong order. I think they knew that they were giving me the wrong order. Mine had said it was delivered about 5 minutes earlier. When I called to let them know it was wrong they got the new one out in a minute but the problem with the correct order was that tater tots were dry, hard, and cold like they've been sitting for days. The breakfast burritos that were supposed to contain tater tots, which I'm glad they didn't because I didn't want rocks in my burritos, were also cold and the meat seemed like it was old as well. This confused me because it was 9:00 a.m. Also, the cold brewed iced coffee was 75% ice. I would have rather waited for fresh food than waste money on food that wasn't edible.

The food was horrible this time. It's usually not like it was today. The fries were cold & most of them hard or overcooked. This is why I decided to give a review. If I wasn't in a hurry to return to work, I would have asked for fresh food or my money back.

The carhop handed me a leaking drink carrier with an inch of spilled drinks inside. There was soda spilled all over and he even pointed out as he handed it to me that the lids were not on securely. I got soda all over myself and my vehicle interior.Sonic support offered me two free drinks WITH A PURCHASE for my inconvenience. What a joke. Do not eat here.

Took forever to bring my food out and stated it was because they make their food fresh but my fries were cold. They also forgot my tator tots and took an additional 15minuets to make them and instead of bring my food first they took someone else who just pulled up their food and then brought my tator tots that they forgot. I don’t care if I am starving I would NEVER return to this Sonic.

Gave up on ordering after 15 minutes of waiting. The man next to me rolled down his window and asked if I had heard anything because he had been waiting a long time too. Could see the workers inside goofing off. Will not go back.

Ordered here a month ago and sat in the stall for an HOUR waiting for our food that we NEVER GOT. Manager told us the money would hit my card within a week and now it's been over a month and no refund. They told us that night that it was understaffed and hilariously I tried getting a job and the other manager told me the place is overstuffed currently and not hiring. What a joke.

I never write reviews for fast food because it’s just fast food, but today was a bad experience at sonic. My total was 10 dollars and I paid a 20 but only got 7 dollars back, the lady’s excuse was that “I don’t have change change”. I also had ordered a cherry limeade and tried to give her a coupon I got a while back(not past the expiration), and she said “well you never said you had a coupon when you ordered” like what? I’ve used the coupons after ordering and it’s been fine but suddenly it’s not. I get that it’s stressful to work long hours in fast food, I work in a resturaunt. But I mean come on guys. Food was good anyways so not a big deal. Just thought I’d leave a review so people know to pay with card instead of trusting your staff with cash. Also a bit my fault for not bringing it up with a manager but still, this shouldn’t be a problem in the first place.

Shame on this location for skipping out on special deals widely advertised. Likely due to how close it is to a large hospital, nothing like gouging people at their lowest! $1.99 footlong coney? Try $4.99. Better yet try somewhere else that doesn't treat this neighborhood like a captive audience, Tulsa ain't that big, the next nearest Sonic isn't far, and THEY honor advertised specials!

The food was rushed, only one carhop at lunchtime, so she was getting slammed. I felt bad for her bc she was trying her best, there's only so much one person can do.

I'm usually pretty big on this Sonic, but tonight I placed my order at 8:32. Sat there and waited, watching the carhops deliver to three cars that had pulled up after me, and then I after 30 minutes I tried pressing the stall button for an ETA on my order ( A burger, Mozz stick, and cheese coney)They continued to serve others as my button blinked and finally after 55 minutes of watching them walk around I come up to the door to ask what's the deal. Manager altas, comes out side and says "What's up", I then tell her it's been almost an hour for a small order and she says that they're crazy busy tonight, and only have 3 workers doing everything. I asked for a refund and left. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my time wasted.
