The food was horrible this time. It's usually not like it was today. The fries were cold & most of them hard or overcooked. This is why I decided to give a review. If I wasn't in a hurry to return to work, I would have asked for fresh food or my money back.
I never write reviews for fast food because it’s just fast food, but today was a bad experience at sonic. My total was 10 dollars and I paid a 20 but only got 7 dollars back, the lady’s excuse was that “I don’t have change change”. I also had ordered a cherry limeade and tried to give her a coupon I got a while back(not past the expiration), and she said “well you never said you had a coupon when you ordered” like what? The first order I was given was the wrong order. I think they knew that they were giving me the wrong order. Mine had said it was delivered about 5 minutes earlier.
