Slowwwwwwww. Mobile order every time and I wait 30 minutes for drinks. If not more. And watch multiple cars come and go. Also irritating because you pay upon ordering on the app and with cards - so you cannot wait. And they do NOT make it easy to get a refund. And the workers do not care. No apologies or even empathy
Horrible, long experience. 45 minutes to get cold, wrong food. Told repeatedly that it was coming right out. They showed on their board that it was coming out, but it didn’t show up for 20 more minutes. No apologies. I would like to give a negative star rating.
I usually don’t put bad reviews but come on now what type of gravy is this 🤢
