Ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito, the burrito had no meat , small eggs and filled with the nasty cheese sauce, so much cheese sauce was added. If I wanted eggs and overfilled cheese sauce I couldāve made that at home. I paid with my debit card and they try to tell me I had to pay again. I also ordered 2 corn dogs, they didnāt mess those up because it was pre cooked and they just had to fry it for a few minutes. $5 for a damn burrito to just get eggs and a whole bottle of cheese squeezed into it. Will never go to this location ever again. Just because it was in a good area donāt mean nothing if the workers are a āI just work hereā

I went to get 2 sonic blasts and some sodas and a sweet and when we went to pick up the order they were out of sweet tea and asked if we wanted anything else. No big deal just ended up getting a different drink and then when we got home and tried our blasts one of them didn't have Reese's even though we ordered it. Also not a big deal I ended up calling them and asking to get the reses refunded but the lady who answered the phone sounded kind of rude and snapped back saying she personally made that order and added extra reses to it, I said I'm sorry but I don't think there are any in here and she just refused to believe me so at some point I was like sure and she hung up. I understand if you think you made the order right and don't believe me but if you are a 100% certain and you snap back to the customers even though you were wrong I would consider it bad customer service. Nothing against anyone there I am just stating that I was treated poorly considering that they messed up my order

I like Sonic food, but it's a drive-in. I'd have given 5 stars if they hadn't reconfigured their drive-in parking area to where all the parking spaces for people eating on site are facing a brick wall. All the good parking spaces are now for call-in or app users to take-out their order. Why in the world would anyplace that cares for their customers force them to face a brick wall while transient customers park up front???
The only other complaint is that for some very odd & strange reason. They don't have pepper. They didn't run out. None of the Sonics do. What restaurants don't have pepper???

Push the red button........... .... .... I look around. Two cars in the parking lot. Two. Five minutes goes by. Nothing. Backed out and left.
Years later and this is easily the worst sonic in Tulsa. This place is a good example of a good thing ran into nothing. Poor service if any at all. Terrible drinks poor customer service. I am absolutely shocked this place hasn't closed.

the attitude from the workers is insane, i work in healthcare and fast food and couldnāt imagine acting the way they do. iāve waited at this location for almost an hour just for one drink just to watch the workers chit chatting outside(thereās no way the whole crew was on break??) finally leaving this review because the member who took my order tonight got too much attitude when she apparently couldnāt understand me wanting a dr pepper with coconut and kept trying to give me a dirty dr pepper.
After 40 min wait in the drive thru I finally just had to leave without food
