I just went through the drive through and had ordered 3 burgers and 2 medium fries. The fries aren't edible. Most of them are so hard and the rest is like eating Styrofoam!
I have tried calling but it just immediately says sorry no one is available to answer your call.

Just picking up a delivery order (not for me) there was literally 1 car at the car hop stalls and one that was pulling out of drive through. But the young lady refused to listen to the fact I wasn't ordering but picking up an order that was already placed

This the third time my wait time has been over 5 minutes just to order. There was only one car in front of me. It appears that they only take an order until the previous order has been delivered and paid.

I pulled up to stall #2 at around 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8th. After finishing the listening to the video I had going, I pushed the Order Button at 10:30a.m. only to be told that "I can get you at the window." No apologies, no explanation. Meanwhile customers are still pulling into other stalls and ordering. Thinking maybe I just misheard her, I waited a couple of minutes and pushed the button again. "I'm doing drive-thru right now" was the only response I received. I proceeded to pull out of Stall #2 and into one of the unused stalls across from where I was parked and waited. Sure enough, someone just pulled in to Stall #6 and their order was taken. This was a humiliating experience and corporate will most definitely notified of this. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm betting there are places nearby who have an idea of what professionalism is.

We arrived on July 2 around 6pm. The person taking our order was rude and had an attitude in general. She seemed annoyed to be taking my order. And let out a sigh of annoyance. Then when the carhop came out to give us our food she was not very pleasant and acted like she was bothered by bringing us food which wasn’t even exactly what we ordered. Then gave us a very rude look when we asked for salt and ketchup. Then seemed mad I didn’t give her a tip. Very disappointed in this poorly managed sonic

Pulled into the drive through at 9:00pm.
Employee said ice cream machines have been shut down for the evening. It’s Friday night and yall have an entire hour before you close? Don’t really understand that.

On top of that dude wanted to give me attitude and not say “sorry for the inconvenience..” just sat there in silence. What a great employee. Haha.

Won’t be back.

Worst Sonic ever. Ice cream machines are constantly broken and they decide to “no longer take orders” 15 min before they close.

Had a horrible experience here a few years ago, so have avoided this location but stopped here tonight at the request of my son. Got home and order was wrong (burger had extra cheese instead of no cheese) and tater tots were old, hard and inedible.
