the attitude from the workers is insane, i work in healthcare and fast food and couldn’t imagine acting the way they do. i’ve waited at this location for almost an hour just for one drink just to watch the workers chit chatting outside(there’s no way the whole crew was on break??) finally leaving this review because the member who took my order tonight got too much attitude when she apparently couldn’t understand me wanting a dr pepper with coconut and kept trying to give me a dirty dr pepper.

The guy on the mic said “Yes, what would you like” in the most annoyed tone possible. I was not able to pay through the screen, so i had to call again. He literally said “YES?” hahaha. He sure did take my payment after the second call.
I’m a server. I get it. But this dude is as straight up rude.
I’m not exaggerating when i say it took 20 minutes to get me my chicken sandwich. No sides. Just the sandwich.

Very simple order messed up. Waited for 20 minutes just for it to be incorrect. I get yall dont get paid a lot but there should be a standard level of service provided. Very disappointed, do better 👎

Order tator tots with cheese through the drive through. I guess they got to give me the gator tots left over from last night. They tots were hard, cold, and the cheese didn’t even melt. How hard is it to drop some fresh since I waited in line long enough for 5 orders to be cooked and served. Lazy and rude!

15 minute wait for two burgers. How? No one else here. Whoever runs or manages the ones here clearly doesn't care.

I ordered a corn dog. When I received it, it was cracked and hard like it had been overcooked or reheated from the day before. I was so hungry I ate it anyway, which was a bad decision on my part.... I got sick and threw up multiple times later that day. I WILL NOT return.

Limeade is just sprite, when I told them they gave me a sprite they gave me a cherry Limeade instead. I didn't feel like correcting them again after that. Fries were also limp and cold and the burger was drenched in mayo.

I just went through the drive through and had ordered 3 burgers and 2 medium fries. The fries aren't edible. Most of them are so hard and the rest is like eating Styrofoam!
I have tried calling but it just immediately says sorry no one is available to answer your call.

Just picking up a delivery order (not for me) there was literally 1 car at the car hop stalls and one that was pulling out of drive through. But the young lady refused to listen to the fact I wasn't ordering but picking up an order that was already placed

This the third time my wait time has been over 5 minutes just to order. There was only one car in front of me. It appears that they only take an order until the previous order has been delivered and paid.

I pulled up to stall #2 at around 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8th. After finishing the listening to the video I had going, I pushed the Order Button at 10:30a.m. only to be told that "I can get you at the window." No apologies, no explanation. Meanwhile customers are still pulling into other stalls and ordering. Thinking maybe I just misheard her, I waited a couple of minutes and pushed the button again. "I'm doing drive-thru right now" was the only response I received. I proceeded to pull out of Stall #2 and into one of the unused stalls across from where I was parked and waited. Sure enough, someone just pulled in to Stall #6 and their order was taken. This was a humiliating experience and corporate will most definitely notified of this. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm betting there are places nearby who have an idea of what professionalism is.
