I had to repeat my self many times and we made sure it was correct and they still give me the wrong food. I've been waiting 15 minutes now for them to answer the stall. I've watched 3 people go in the drive through and then leave with no food. As I'm writing this they finally bring me the food in the wrong size now! What an awful sonic I see why it's got 3 stars hopefully I can bring down the average a bit because they don't even deserve 3 stars the service is the worst.

Stephanie and the car hops need to learn how to count back change and stop stealing from people if I give you a 20 dollar bill for a large drink that cost 2.70 my change shouldn’t be 12.30 it should have been 17.30 anyone who can do math would know this but STOP STEALING FROM PEOPLE WHO WORK HARD FOR THERE

Sat there for 30 min with 2 other cars in the entire place. They get my order completely wrong then sat there for another 40 and never got the right food and they wouldn't answer the button. I would hate to see them on lunch rush. Also basically stole my money.

We live nearby so we continue giving this location a try but tonight was the last straw. When we pulled in there was a single car. We pressed the button and waited nearly fifteen mins the other car had left and we saw another go thru the drive thru. We chose to pull around only to find a group of atleast five all standing outside smoking NOT A SINGLE person inside. We left and drove miles away to the next closest location and will not be returning. Prior to this service has sucked, orders have been wrong, food sloppy and cold. There's just NO excuse for this location any longer. This franchise owner needs to get it together or shut it down.
