So the service is extremely friendly and the food is amazing but Everytime I go it takes about 20 minutes to get my order which I don't think it's a service issue I think it's a management and training issue, I live down the street and now I'll stop here for a drink but that's it but I have never seen a manager, I'm sure they are there just not present, and the timing is pretty off, I work in high volume fast food as well so I understand the struggle sometimes but it's pretty...read full review

A month has gone by since the last review. I've been sitting in your drive in for 20 minutes waiting for a pretzel, coke and chili cheese tot. I order online. The literally just started prepping my food 10 minutes after I got here according to the screen. Yall. Covid is no longer an excuse. Get the lead out! Hire people that care and want to work! these people are making the Sonic brand look really bad.

tried this sonic location. had some training going on so a bit of a delay in ordering. Overall good experience happy to help train. my buddy got a#12 honey BBQ popcorn chicken, tator tots, and a Large chocolate coke. He says they are phenomenal. I order two corn dogs and a large cherry vanilla diet Dr Pepper. corndogs cooked to that nice crunchy level. taste great. Sadly out of mustard but that is okay.
