I only go here when there isn’t another option. The staff seem to not care about the customers. The store is always out of many things & dirty. And Starbucks as a Company needs to come up with dietary restrictions such as Sugar Free flavors and Protein Coffees!

The people are nice and accommodating… but the music is so loud.. we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. We asked them to turn it down and they did a little. It seems that they have the music for the employees and not the patrons.. what happened to the good old days with Starbucks having the soft jazz music and a quiet place where you could enjoy your coffee and talk with a friend instead of being blasted with techno music that means nothing and evokes nothing but anxiety and stress....

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with modern décor and a comfortable vibe. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable—they took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations. It made the whole experience even better
