I only came here and at this specific location for an in-person meeting. I didn't talk to any of the employees nor was I greeted. I have no issue with that because I wasn't making any purchases, and I knew the meeting wasn't going to be long. Therefore, I just appreciated them allowing us to use their lobby & facilities (though the other party I was with bought a drink and a snack). So no complaints!??
