Poor customer service. Good atmosphere, enjoyed some conversation with other customers while waiting over 30 minutes for a latte. My Sister had eaten her food and my latte still hadn't been made. I ended up getting a refund.

The Starbucks at Woodland Hills mall. I paid 7 dollars for a tall coffee with extra dark caramel syrup and I didn’t hardly get any IF ANY. Worst drink I’ve had with what I always get and I paid way extra for it. Way overcharged.

Wow, I've never been inclined to leave a bad review till now! The service was absolutely horrible, i asked for a warmed loaf and they gave me a cold one because their ovens were out of service. My drink was made incorrectly and nothing was done to correct their mistake.

If I could give this negative stars I would. The drinks are not made correctly and it takes forever to get your order. The staff is moving at turtle speed making the drinks. I'm honestly mostly concerned with the training being done. It took 39 mins for my drink to be done after the expected time.

This Starbucks at Woodland Hills Mall Tulsa is the worst. They have so many employees working but most of them do nothing. They are so slow. The oven is never working and they are always out of items. They can't offer appropriate exchanges so I constantly feel like I'm losing money. They also can't issue refunds for app purchases. The employees have no idea what's going on. Half the time they don't even make drinks correctly. Honestly they just should have stayed closed- this location is worthless. I'd give zero stars.
