This is literally the only Starbucks in town that makes my favorite drink differently. Every time I come to this location they make it without whipped cream although every other location in town makes it with. When inquiring as to why they said you have to ask for it. I showed them in the app that that’s literally how it comes standard. I just don’t get it. They were nice though!
While I love Starbucks, I am continuously disappointed by this one's service. They do drinks out of order of first ordered. I have been in many times and often see baristas make drinks for people that come up to the bar and ask. Once I waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks because we did not specifically ask for it to the barista making the drinks.

The Starbucks at Woodland Hills mall. I paid 7 dollars for a tall coffee with extra dark caramel syrup and I didn’t hardly get any IF ANY. Worst drink I’ve had with what I always get and I paid way extra for it. Way overcharged.
