Food would have been warmer, I stood there and watched mine be made and then left on the counter for 10 minutes, was able to finish a third of my coffee. Other people's orders that came in after me were completed before mine. Staff was not unpleasant. Guess my tip wasn't enough.

Parking: this store does not have drive thru at Utica Square. parking is shared with all the other stores. you may have to walk a bit ( will be difficult for mobility challenged patrons). but there are lots of shops to browse on the way.

Didn't get anything to eat but the service was very pleasant if I didn't live on the other side of town I'd go here everyday
Parking: It's close to a hospital but not much parking to pick from but I just got lucky that day and as for handicap it's a ways from the store but it isn't handicap friendly if you want to go here
