I visited your store yesterday and had an unpleasant experience with a female staff member. She was very rude and informed me that I was not allowed to customize my sub. Additionally, she overcharged me for my only purchase of a 6-inch sub, and my condiments were added in a way that made no sense. The whole experience felt very hostile.

Be sure to have the crew lead repeat your order as you say it as she doesn't listen and even when leading her from topping to topping, she will get it wrong.

Most of the staff here is rude minus maybe 1 or 2 people. They are slow making your sandwich as well. A guy came in store for 2 minutes to get out of the heat and they kicked him out and told him to buy something for standing in the store. After seeing that I will never come back. Store needs a new owner and new staff cause that behavior sucks. Better off going to Firehouse Subs or Jimmy Johns or any other sandwich shop besides this location.

I wasn't even able to fully order the worker who was there on May 13 at 1pm was so rude to the woman before us, my wife and I lost our appetite for subway not to mention before she was rude to her, she asked us for our bread and was moving to fast she kept trying to group our orders together as if we wanted tge same sandwich seemingly to rush us

If I could rate it a NO star I would.
Everytime I go in there it seems like it’s the same lady that is ALWAYS annoyed & is just so rude and will make face expressions if I’m thinking about what to get. First time I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt & thought maybe she just isn’t having the best day but gosh everytime I go in for a sub she seems like she absolutely hates her job not sure what her name is but she is a shorter lady with tattoos on her arms! My experience today was HORRIBLE

I’ve been going to this location for many years as it’s by my house. Always seemed like it was changing hands between who owned it. My last experience was so horrendously bad I had to share. First of all as of recently they have a barrier in front of the meat and cheese where you used to be able to watch them put together your sandwich. By the time you realize they barely put any meat it’s already been toasted. The young man obviously wasn’t trained properly when putting together the rest of my sandwich and wrapping it up. When I was going to pay they tried charging me $3 for fresh mozzarella and were rude when I asked them to take it off since I wasn’t told about the charge originally. Not to mention had the barrier not been there I would’ve been able to see him adding the fresh mozzarella as opposed to the free shredded I always get instead. When I finally tried eating it I’d realized they swapped the flatbread for a cheaper brand. It’s a shame as it was pretty much inedible. Subway is most definitely cutting costs but they’ll be cutting customers as a result. Won’t be back.

My only issue is the oven is broken so they were able to toast my sub. However, they definitely gave me a good portion and took care of me a lot more than any other subways. It might be because it’s locally owned.

The elderly lady behind the counter in the mornings always seems pissed off. She always looks like she’s having the worst day of her life. I hope she’s not going through something terrible. I understand difficult life situations if that is the case but it makes for a very unpleasant experience when I visit this location.There are times where she doesn’t even greet me and she gets very annoyed when she has to ask me to repeat something. It feels like I’m walking on glass whenever I deal with her.

I called and asked to use coupon, lady said they don't accept BOGO "due to food shortage at sysco" my company ALSO uses sysco and there are no shortages so after that I asked "since there's no shortage yall are just making this up" and she replied YES!!! I asked again to confirm and yes she said they are making it up!!
