Wonderful Venezuelan food! The cachapas and the carne frita is so good — perfectly prepared! I also tasted the carne en vara. Amazing! I am so glad to have this culinary gem in Tulsa.
I ordered several things from the menu and all were very good. The ladies let me know that they had 3 natural juices made up so I got 1 of each. They were delicious!
My family and i were originally going to get burgers but saw Varas and decided to try it! The staff was super friendly and helped us decide on a meal (we are very indecisive) and helped me navigate ordering with a tomato allergy/intolerance. The food was immaculate and so flavorful, i could not eat it fast enough!! My family and i will definitely be returning, worth any wait time 🥰♥
