The only reason I dont give this one a 5 is because rn there is a white lady that works there and she was complaining about a heavy workload to her coworker, a young black gentleman, who was doing prep work for the night shift. It was only me and one other person in the store and she was essentially trying to argue with her coworker in front if us making that experience awkward. I never have issues with the black gentleman either.

Horrible subway, they ask you 100 times what you want on your sub, they rush through likes its a race, they try and get every done at same time. It you want horrible service and like to repeat yourself this is the subway for you.

Three foot longs and a cookie and it was fifty dollars ? and they were skimpy on everything they were the smallest sandwiches I think I've ever seen made at Subway ... I think I'll pass next time. What ever happened to five dollar foot longs?!?

I am a grubhub driver staff was rude yelling at me and very irritatable after I was doing what he asked me to do. I felt very unsafe he came around the counter.. corporate needs to look into this place

I ordered a meal via Uber eats today and was missing my chips from my order. I called this restaurant and was told by the manager “that’s the Uber drivers problem they’re supposed to grab your stuff.” I asked the manager if she told the Uber driver to grab it she said no they’re just supposed to know. She made no attempt to rectify the issue. She didn’t apologize. She hung up in my face and left it at that. It takes nothing to be respectful and fix a simple mistake. Do better

Do not eat here. Extremely rude, the location was locked, they have the drive thru blocked off, we ordered through the app for pick-up and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, food hadn't been started, they refused the refund and when we asked for the manager and names they told us to get out of the store.

Man when I tell y’all this is the BEST subway in Tulsa!!! I haven’t been to subway in a minute because no matter where I went (all the Owasso locations and a few other Tulsa locations) the service was no good they’re just throwing the toppings on there any which way. Half the sandwich had lettuce half didn’t. But my man wanted subway so I said okay I’ll give this one a shot. This one is the ONLY one I’ll go to now! Very clean. And the ladies behind the counter were so, so nice. Put the sandwich together with care and they were so kind and patient with all guests. I’m loyal to this location now
