Shop looks awesome, but the second time I went there, customer service was horrible. The lady acted like she didn't want to get my toddler a scoop of ice cream and did not take the coupon and said they don't do it at this location. I called later that day and another person answered and said they were doing that deal that day. The first time I went the girls were welcoming, gave my daughter a free sample, and were smiling, so I think somebody just needs to be fired otherwise this business won't be so good.

I recently took my kids to Sugar Llama to celebrate my son’s amazing success in his soccer game and we had an amazing experience, as always. We absolutely love Sugar Llama for its fresh, warm donuts—there’s nothing like them! The ice cream is also fantastic, with rich, creamy flavors that never disappoint. They also serve great coffee, which is perfect to pair with any treat. My all-time favorite dessert there has to be the affogato—the combination of coffee and ice cream is simply irresistible Every time we visit, the staff is so friendly, welcoming, and full of smiles. You can tell they genuinely care about making the experience special for everyone. It’s definitely a place we look forward to returning to, not only for the amazing treats but also for the positive energy and excellent service. Highly recommend Sugar Llama for anyone looking to celebrate a win or just enjoy some sweet indulgence!

The morning ladies are courteous and helpful, iced coffee woke me up, but I can make better donuts…it’s not their fault, the company’s recipe for donuts are mediocre.
To kick off our Spring Break I took my boys to Sugar Llamas. We usually go to BA but we were running errands in South Tulsa. We bought donuts and three sausage rolls. The employee, who was a grown woman (maybe manager or owner), is who was helping us. My son asked for ketchup and she gave him three pouches so each boy got one. Well, they needed more so my son asked for four more. My middle son (who is 4) ran out of his ketchup and waited patiently at the counter as she served those in the drive thru. She asked what he needed and he said one more ketchup please. She said “well I can give you JUST one more” with a tone. My son didn’t pick up on it but I did. When I spent $3.50 per sausage roll, and my total was nearly $25, I’d expect a little better customer service. He was asking for one ketchup, not twenty. The sausage rolls are a good size and kids like ketchup. Averaging three ketchups per sausage roll is pretty good for my boys, especially when they are small, off brand ketchups. Due to that interaction, whether she was having a bad day or not, we will not be back.

This place is a joke the donuts was good but we got a drink we didn’t like and asked if another could be made they wouldn’t say my ice cream cone cup on the counter no gloves or nothing like we where dogs I’ll never visit this place again
