Taco Bell in Tulsa

“We partake in the Taco Bell every few weeks, usually at night when nothing else is open and we aren't trying to spend 45 minutes in the drivethru at Wburger next door.
3 people ordering in the car can be obnoxious but the person taking our order was patient. They give their honest opinion on a new item and that was appreciated.
Everything was in the bag this trip (which is about 50-50).
Service in the drive thru line is almost always decent to great.
I get the black bean chalupa supreme, cheesy roll up, and fiesta potatoes no sour cream (I cannot eat their meat). Everything was fine about mine. I also love the cinnabon delights!“

“Updated Review (04/27/25, 5 Stars): Hubby and I had a taste for some Taco Bell, so we went inside to order. The staff on duty were all friendly. A'Toni checked us out after we completed our order on the kiosk. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I hadn't had the chicken nuggets b4 and asked her for an honest opinion. Because of her description... I HAD to try them, so I ordered a 10 piece nugget combo. Once we got home and had a chance to eat, I would agree with A'Toni-the nuggets were Delicious! If Taco Bell can keep up the Awesome service & Good-tasting food (SPECIFICALLY at ths location) then we'll be back. And a Great job to the other 2 staff members who were working, as well (the cashier at the drive-thru and the cook). Thanks!☺️

(Past Review): Food is 'okay' and service was Horrible, depending on what Manager is on duty. The last time we visited, the young (late 20s-early 30s) African-American female Manager was really Nice!👌 She made up for the BAD service received from another manager in the past. I can't recall his name, but he was rude & the experience was Terrible!😕 So like I previously stated-Depends on 'WHO' is working.........😩😩“

“I just moved by this bell recently and I gotta say. Best bell in Tulsa. I’ve been there 4-5 times over the last month or so and every time they’ve gotten everything right and it was relatively fast. The employees are always nice and friendly. Not one item forgotten not one customization forgotten or messed up. And I’m talking different shifts too. Which most bells are only good for one time of day and any other time is risky. I feel confident in this location any time of day. So if you’re sightseeing the wonderful admiral boulevard. Stop by the best bell in Tulsa and grab a Gordita.“

“Thus far, everybody that's served me here has been on point. They all have a smile and my food has always been good. I don't get to say this very often about any place. WTH taco bell on 51st and Union! I've never been inside the store.“

“There’s a younger dude with braids and a maybe mid 30s dude with longer dreads in there at night and it gets so busy and they hold it down.

Younger guy was providing excellent customer service with a smile even though they were clearly overwhelmed and the older guy was cool and collected and kept everyone grounded.

Whatever they make they both deserve a raise⬆️💰“

“The drive thru people are always incredibly friendly and polite over on 43rd and Peoria.
I do wish, Taco ? Bell had the 7 later burritos.
Those where yummy ?

Vegetarian options: Bean in burrito and you can have them sub meat with rice or beans instead.“

Parking: Clean inside and out very safe and quiet

Kid-friendliness: Their good with kids

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheel chair ramps and restrooms have plenty of room for big wheels“

“I’ve been here a bunch of times and had mixed experiences before, but it was GREAT tonight. The guy that helped me at the drive thru window was super helpful and they were just making a new batch of nacho fries, so it took a couple minutes, but the guy was pretty apologetic about it and they were the best nacho fries i’ve ever had. Also the new agua refresca drinks are so good, the same guy also nailed making mine. Shoutout to whoever was working the drive thru tonight.“

“11 mins from checking in at the speaker box to receiving food. All the food was accounted for, and it was all prepared correctly even though I had several substitutions. It had warmth, people! They didn't include any napkins or sauce they didn't ask, but I wasn't hurt over it.“

“Always nice when I go especially for how small the taco bell is and how busy they are food is only rated a 4 because I have had some mistakes with my orders before but they did replace and fix it they still very nice and helpful completely recommend!!! Doing a great job for such a small location!!!“

“If it wasn’t for the manager on duty I’d be giving zero stars, get a new speaker for drive thru because this is just ridiculous. The only reason I’m giving more than 3 starts is because of the manager, staff had attitude that I didn’t appreciate and two different people were asking me questions for the drive thru and it was overall very confusing. I ended up going inside to get my correct order. Manager took care of everything perfectly.“
