I called the restaurant because I was ordering DoorDash & I had questions. It had been a while since I had Taco Bell & I tend to order the same thing. Xavion H. answered my call gave me recommendations based on my likes. He was helpful, patient & kind. I appreciate the level of customer service I received.
They have a new manager and everything has changed for the better! The employees all have great attitudes and the place is so clean! No more weed smoking in the bathrooms! Well I haven't seen any blunts left in there lol. If there is a long line it goes really quick! You don't have any employees mean mugging you or getting snotty because you order. The store isn't closed during the day and they actually open when they are supposed to instead of opening at noon lol. The food tastes...read full review

The quality of food prepared here depends on the attitude of the people working. Seriously I've found trying to make them smile before ordering will net you a good meat ratio. When mobile ordering just say a prayer and hope God hears you.
