Went in for lunch today! Seen this guy idk if employee or non employee, but seeing this in front lobby isn’t customer friendly nor family friendly, I kinda lost my appetite before eating. Also idk if the lady is prejudice but three other white men ordered after me and had bigger orders than me. I had 2 small items. They all got their food first and the lady said thank you enjoy your meal to all of them. But I got my order last and I said thank you for the food! She completely ignored me and went back to the back. Maybe she didn’t hear me but just seems a little off.

The blonde older lady taking our order was really rude and I could hear her cursing over the intercoms just because we asked for a moment to browse the menu. She also was rushing us to order and giving her Own opinion to why we should order something else.

A worker named monasha had an attitude the whole time and it made my experience terrible. All I asked was if they had a bathroom key, and she was talking to me like I was stupid. I do not appreciate that, you guys need to check her and make sure her customer service is up to par before someone harms her. She cannot have that attitude considering what street is on and the side of town. She may find out the hard way. Please help her understand that she needs to act right.
