Ordered a Caliente Cantine Chicken Bowl with a lot of modifications, but forgot to add an extra modification to take off the guacamole. Asked staff for a new one and they remade it no problem, but didn’t add enough chicken. Asked for more chicken and they added so much!! I appreciate the help, amazing staff and amazing chicken!! Puts up with difficult customers like me haha

To Whoever is running this place, please hire someone or a supervisor who can take care of store during evening time. Came to pick up an order, gave them the name, found out some else have taken my DoorDash order. (Because I overheard them say, “guy with baseball jacket took it) Instead of making a new one or letting me know Asap so I can be my way and make money elsewhere, makes me wait 15 more min and then comes and asked me what was the name, I told them the name again and they said someone else took my order after waiting for 15 min. And has the audacity to lie “I just found out”. This place is very very poorly managed!

Got there just barely after 9pm and the door says the lobby is open until 10pm. I already placed an online and the drive thru line was 13 cars long. So I thought why not just run in and grab it. The doors were locked. A female employee came and opened the door very angrily and fast. She pointed to the line and said "you need to get in long with everybody else!" in a hateful tone . I told her that I already placed an order and that I just wanted to pick up inside since it's not 10 pm yet. She said " I do not care go get in the line" while raising her voice at me. Then she walked across the parking lot and into quik trip where she stayed for probably close to 10 minutes. I waited in line for probably half an hour, got to the speaker, waited for a long time with no answer on the speaker so I decided to just pull forward. I guess that pissed her off again because she copped an attitude again at the window. It turns out my order didn't go through correctly. She told me I needed to leave and then slammed the window shut. I told her I was going to show her my receipt because it went through on my end, but didn't go through to their end. She said she didn't care and that I had to go get in line. I told her I already waited on line and already paid. She once again said she didn't care and told me to leave as she slammed the window shut again.

They refused to make a DoorDash order because they “didn’t have anything to make the order” then we had to go back through and see what they could make and she could make everything except for one steak item and 2 chicken items mind you there are 9 other items on this order. All because she wanted to eat in the lobby and gave us attitude the whole time.
