Placed a mobile order on the app around midnight and showed up to pick it up to be told the drive through was closed then they said the whole place is closed.
Google clearly states this location is open until 5 am. Makes me wonder if the employees just refused to serve me for some specific reason

There’s a younger dude with braids and a maybe mid 30s dude with longer dreads in there at night and it gets so busy and they hold it down.
Younger guy was providing excellent customer service with a smile even though they were clearly overwhelmed and the older guy was cool and collected and kept everyone grounded.
Whatever they make they both deserve a raise⬆️💰

If I could give a ZERO STAR I would Absolutely! This place is not great. Customer service is Very Poor. Food was not even hot. Missing items. && No one listens to orders properly, I even ordered online thinking I’d get fresh food. In && OUT! And didn’t waited almost 50Minutes for FOOD. Just to get cold food etc: That was supposed to be ready in 15-20MINUTES. It’s not OKAY! Definitely will not be eating here again.

In two years of pretty regular visits to taco bell, they've gotten our order right exactly once. Something is always left out, and the wait is so long that we usually don't bother to circle back and ask for our missing items. The only saving grace is that the staff is really nice.
