Went through the drive-thru whenever I got my food I asked for sauce packets and they said that it's in the bottom of the bag... I get all the way back to where I was and there is no sauce or napkins.

If it wasn’t for the manager on duty I’d be giving zero stars, get a new speaker for drive thru because this is just ridiculous. The only reason I’m giving more than 3 starts is because of the manager, staff had attitude that I didn’t appreciate and two different people were asking me questions for the drive thru and it was overall very confusing. I ended up going inside to get my correct order. Manager took care of everything perfectly.
