I really appreciate Angel at this location! We had a large, annoying order - and at no point did she need to tell me one of the tacos was messed up. We wouldn't have known until we got home with our order. But! She did tell me and told me how she had fixed it. I thought that was fantastic customer service. The food is great and the lobby area was clean!
I came through the drive-through I was greeted by the manager, Cole He was very professional. The food was awesome and it was a great experience and I just thought I should let you guys know. I go to a lot of different restaurants and never really get good service like this
The restaurant was short staffed and our food took longer to come out so the manager brought us some free taco coupons. Our burritos were all edited to remove and add ingredients and all but one of them were made correctly. We did not alert them to the mistake as we knew they were already short staffed and behind on orders due to them bringing us the coupons. The staff was very kind when they brought out our food and coupons.
